Two realms; the world of computers and the natural world had always inspired my life. Even though the two worlds seem incompatible they have undoubtedly simultaneously marked my life’s whereabouts.

I have first met with computers in the era of Sinclair Spectrum when 13 years old. Most of all I was inspired with the fact that pressing the rubber can produce a program code. That was the time of basic. I got my first PC back in 1988. I was discovering the operating systems as a self-taught and have soon met with the excitements of networks such as x.25. I spent many nights wandering around the cyber globe. As a young enthusiast I owned a BBS, Alice from Wonderland that was known worldwide as a meeting point for hackers.

My professional ways had begun in the company Vega-bit where I worked as an administrator for the networks Novel Netware and POS systems.

After a year of fruitful collaboration I set on a bicycle journey that took me from Turkey across Iran and Pakistan over the Silk Route to the Tibetan border at Khunjerab Pass.

On my return in 1996 I started cooperation with AV Studio that is one of the leading marketing companies in Slovenia and manages marketing projects of the leading Slovene brands and companies. My role in the company stretched from managing the events and presentation projects (for the companies such as Telekom Slovenia, Gorenje...) to programming of multimedia and web sites.

There are some extremely demanding events that we performed in that period and among those I would stress establishing direct connection with the MIR space station during the event for Telekom Slovenia. I was active in the programming projects as project manager, programmer and system administrator.

In the year of 1999 I managed to join my profession and love for traveling and nature. During the six-month journey through India, Thailand and Laos I created the concepts for two separate projects. NeverAlone project was aimed toward the poor population of Laos. Multimedia on CD-ROM would present the natural and human treasury of Laos and thus raise the awareness of tourists toward respect of foreign culture and nature. NeverAlone was supported by the local media but remained in the conceptual phase due to lack of financial means.

The destiny of another idea that was formed on the same journey was completely different. After my return home I started to materialize the concept of Internet service of houseplant care. During the next years the task was fulfilled in the form of The Flower Servant, the service that provides the instructions for the plant care via e-mail and SMS messages. The Flower Servant is nowadays valued and prized globally.

After the years of collaboration with AV Studio I work as a freelance at present.
